Trump Pauses Iran Decision as Pentagon Asserts Readiness

US President Donald Trump delayed a final decision on the Iran ceasefire today. He ended a two hour Situation Room meeting without signing the agreement. The President demands that Iran meet all his strict conditions first.

Trump Demands Strict Compliance

A White House official confirmed the President will not rush this deal. Trump insists Iran must never possess a dangerous nuclear weapon. He also demands open and free shipping lanes through the Strait of Hormuz.

The President canceled a planned Camp David meeting due to bad weather. He shifted those crucial diplomatic discussions back to the White House instead.

Pentagon Confirms Military Readiness

Meanwhile, the United States signaled absolute military readiness in Asia today. Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth addressed a major security summit in Singapore. He stated the American military remains fully prepared to resume the war.

Hegseth claims the US possesses more than sufficient weapons stockpiles globally. He also praised Pakistan for supporting diplomatic efforts to end the conflict. He noted an unexpected and true friendship emerged between Washington and Islamabad.

Sanctions Target Military Buyers

The United States also announced massive new economic sanctions today. The State Department dismantled a sophisticated Iranian technology procurement network recently. Officials claim the network defrauded dozens of American technology companies completely.

The criminals smuggled advanced spectrum analyzers and security devices into Iran illegally. Washington offers a massive financial reward to disrupt these IRGC funding mechanisms.
