This comes after months of speculation that Kylie was pregnant with the rapper's child as the reality star kept out of the public eye. She and Travis have only been dating since April.
Despite welcoming a child into the world, the couple do not have engagement plans as of yet.
A source close to the family told People last week: 'They have no plans to get married, or even engaged. Kylie expects to rely mostly on her family for help and she seems fine with that.'
No doubt there is baby fever in the Kardashian-Jenner family as sister Khloe Kardshian is currently seven-months pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend of one year, Tristan Thompson.
