Gorakhpur: Supreme Court Refuses To Intervene

More than 60 children were reported dead at Gorakhpur's BRD Medical College due to lack of sufficient oxygen facilities. The case is being handled by the Uttar Pradesh government, and all grievances will be addressed to Allahabad High Court. This was stated by the Supreme Court in response to a lawyer who raised an issue with the Supreme Court.

According to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Doctors in-charge of the pediatrics’ ward were removed by the state government, and an investigation is in process. He stated this while he was visiting the hospital yesterday.
