Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed receives Bangladesh Minister of Foreign Affairs

They discussed prospects for cooperation between the two friendly countries across various fronts.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, today received Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh Abulkalam Abdul Momen, to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two friendly countries across various fronts.

The meeting, held at the ministry's premises in the UAE capital, occasioned a review of an array of issues of common interest as well as the latest regional and international developments, with Sheikh Abdullah expressing hope the visit would help advance bilateral ties to the higher good of both countries' peoples.

 

The top diplomat of Bangladesh said his country is looking forward to furthering cooperation with the UAE across various domains, hailing the prestigious status boasted by the country across the international stage "thanks to the prudent policy of its wise leadership."

Attending the meeting was UAE Ambassador to Bangladesh, Saed Mohammed Al Muhairi.
