Kuwait and Bahrain Thwart Iranian Security Threats

Gulf security forces thwarted two massive Iranian plots today. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced a major maritime arrest. Security patrols captured four infiltrators attempting to enter the country.

Kuwait Captures Military Infiltrators

These suspects confessed their direct ties to the Iranian military. They officially belong to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The group included two Navy colonels and a Navy captain.

The suspects admitted the Revolutionary Guards tasked them with a mission. They rented a special fishing boat to infiltrate Bubiyan Island. They planned to carry out hostile acts against the State of Kuwait.

Bahrain Sentences Terror Plotters

Meanwhile, Bahrain took severe legal action against domestic terror threats. The Bahraini High Criminal Court sentenced three individuals today. Judges handed down strict life imprisonment sentences for these convicts.

The head of the Terror Crimes Prosecution detailed the charges. Two defendants illegally communicated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. They planned to execute dangerous terrorist acts against Bahrain.
