6. See the Famous Elephant Rock
Elephant Rock, also known as Jabal AlFil, is one of AlUla's most recognisable natural landmarks. The enormous sandstone formation has been shaped naturally over time and resembles the body and trunk of an elephant.
The site is popular with photographers and visitors looking to experience AlUla's unusual geological scenery. The sandstone can take on changing shades during the day, creating different views of the landmark around sunset.
