5. Jennifer Hudson And David Otunga: A Decade Of Love, Gone

To be honest, we always envisioned the powerhouse vocalist Jennifer Hudson with another singer — someone who she could do duets with and make music with. However, she fell for actor and wrestler David Otunga, and though they may have seemed like a bit of an odd pairing, it worked. They were together, they had a son, and they seemed to be in wedded bliss. Then, after just about a decade together, they made the announcement that they were separating — and Jennifer got a protective order against her former hubby. We’re not sure exactly what went down in their relationship, as a lot of that information is private, but it doesn’t seem like it was the easiest split, which is always hard. We hope they work things out and are happier in the long run.

4. Ewan McGregor And Eve Mavrakis: He Traded In 22 Years Of Marriage For A New Model

If you’ve seen any shade lately about Ewan McGregor trading his wife in for a younger model, well… that’s because that’s exactly what seems to have happened. McGregor was married to production designer Eve Mavrakis for over 20 years, and the duo have four children together. It seemed like they were one of those couples who managed to escape the Hollywood curse, but in 2017 McGregor was spotted kissing Mary Elizabeth Winstead, his co-star at the time, who is over 10 years younger than he is. They announced their split then, and officially divorced just a few days ago. While it’s never possible to know exactly what went into a couple’s decision to split unless they reveal it, we have to admit — this one kind of makes us like Ewan McGregor just a little bit less.
