6.Lemon Juice
A common and effective treatment for dehydration from generations past is to administer lemon juice to the dehydrated individual. Lemon and salt restore the electrolyte balance to the body and the juice mixed in water restores the fluid balance.
Add a teaspoon lime juice, a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt to a pint of water. The individual must sip lemon juice throughout the day to slowly restore body balance and re-hydrate the system.
