3. Conducting illegal races on roads without the permision of licensing authority or not complying the rules assigned by the authority. The punishment is minimum imprisonment of 1 month to 3 years or QR 10000 to QR 50000. The level of punishment will be double in case of repeating the same violation with 3 black points on the license. 

4. Digging roads or carrying out constructions or mantainaces which become risky for the road users without getting permision from the license authority or not putting the warning signs, necessary caution boards etc. Minimum imprisonment of 1 month to 3 years or penalty of QR 10000 to QR 50000. The same will get doubled incase of repeating the same violation with three black points on the license. 

5. Violating customs and norms of public morality inside the vehicle. Minimum imprisonment of 1 month to 3 years or penalty of QR 10000 to QR 50000. The punishment will be double by the minimum level incase of repeating the same mistake  with three black points on the license.
