5.Walk away from them
It is better to avoid people who make you feel irritated, at least till you figure out ways to be confident in your own shoes. For instance, you can totally rearrange your schedule, go for lunch at a different time, avoid their calls and of course come up with lot of excuses. You have to protect yourself. Then when you don’t feel as insecure as before, you can resume your old schedule and go back to the same circle of friends.
