A netizen named Ashleigh Deakin went off on a small rant when her Samsung Edge 7 blew up for no apparent reason.
Earlier this year, Samsung recalled the production and sales of their Galaxy Note series as well as the replacement units. President and chief operating officer of Samsung Electronics America,Tim Baxter, released this statement October of this year: “We appreciate the patience of our consumers, carrier and retail partners for carrying the burden during these challenging times. We are committed to doing everything we can to make this right.”
True to their word, Samsung has contacted Deakin and is working with her on resolving the matter.
