Julia Montes can't contain her emotions after finally meeting her biological father who had just apologized to her after he left their family when she was still a baby.
In a report aired on "Tonight with Boy Abunda," Julia became emotional when she heard her father, German Martin Schnittka, apologizing for what his negligence in a restaurant located in Cubao last Tuesday. The two met once again the next day afternoon.
The "Doble Kara" actress posted on her Instagram account a photo of her dad. She thanked all her fans, friends, and one of her cousins for making it possible.
Born Mara Schnittka, Julia was left by her father when she was still a baby. She was raised by her deaf Filipina mother and her grandmother.
Martin has another family now and he is set to leave the country this Friday. To know her father more, Montes already planned a trip to Germany next year.
In previous interviews, Julia said the would feel complete if she could finally meet her father.
