After years of speculation and spottings sprinkled all across America, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have gone public with their relationship after being spotted holding hands while walking on a beach in Malibu.
The couple had always maintained that they were not seeing each other even though they were seen together on multiple occasions.
Radar Online was the first to publish that as part of the divorce settlement, Tom Cruise inserted a clause in the divorce papers that Katie Holmes will not be allowed to be seen dating anyone in public until five years had gone by after their divorce and that she could not talk about Tom Cruise or Scientology.
