Congratulations to the couple!
Jeff and Rebecca Payne were extremely late to their own reception after a massive traffic jam left them stuck for two hours. According to reports, the traffic jam was caused by a multi-car accident but fortunately no one was hurt.
Instead of being grumpy about the traffic, they decided to do something unique and romantic to make use of the precious time. They got out of their car—and suddenly danced to romantic music! That was apparently their first dance, and it was quite romantic especially when they did it under the starry night! One witness shared their story on Instagram:
