#4 Incandescent Bulbs
In 2005 Cuba was the first country to ban the use, import and sale of incandescent bulbs in favor of CFCLs followed by Argentina in 2010 and in 2012 European Union countries banned the use of these bulbs. CFCLs use almost 75% less energy and last 7 years longer than incandescent bulbs.
