The security authorities have taken into custody an unidentified Kuwaiti for harassing a Palestinian woman and inciting her to have an affair with him, reports Al-Rai daily. The incident happened in Abu Al-Hassaniya.
According to the security sources when the woman informed the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry police rushed to the spot and managed to arrest the suspect who was drinking tea in one of the cafes in the area. A case of inciting immorality has been filed against him.
