Kuwait ranks 54th in Passport Index – Qatar Ranks 57th

Kuwait ranked 54th with a score of 92 in the Henley & Partners Passport Index published Tuesday. Kuwaitis are now allowed to travel to 92 destinations visa free or visa upon arrival.

Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) ranked 21st with a score of 165, Qatar ranked 57th with a score of 87, Bahrain ranked 61st with a score of 81, Oman ranked 65th with a score of 76 and Saudi Arabia ranked 68th with a score of 73.

In a resounding demonstration of Asia’s growing power and influence on the world stage, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea now hold joint top spot on the Henley Passport Index, with a visa-free/visa-on-arrival score of 189. These latest results consolidate 12 months of Asian dominance, after Japan first climbed to the top spot in February last year.
