A 20-year old citizen broke into the house of a female compatriot and sexually assaulted her. He managed to flee the scene after the incident, reports Al-Rai daily.
In details , a woman filed a complaint with the police and said an unknown person had entered her house and taken advantage of her presence alone.
The victim added the aggressor entered the house and locked the door after which he put his hand on her mouth to prevent her from shouting for help.
He then raped her and fled the scene. Initial investigation revealed that the offender is a Kuwaiti born in 1995 and has a history of entering houses and raping his victims. He also carries disability card indicating he suffers a minor disability.
