The Criminal Court charged a man for offending a lady at the Hamad International Airport and fined him QR5,000.
The decision was conveyed by a three-judge board headed by Judge Mustafa Al-Badwihi. Alternate individuals from the board were Judge Fatima Abdullah Al-Mal and Judge Abdulla Thaqil Al Shammari.
As indicated by the person in question, the charged offended her utilizing words that abused her dignity.
The case expresses that blamed, while going on a van transport in the wake of touching base at the Hamad International Airport on a flight, hit the victim with the foot and began offending her inappropriate words.
Amid the examination, the respondent denied the charges against him. He expressed that he was perched on one of the seats in the swarmed transport and was talking on WhatsApp. While putting his feet one over the other, he inadvertently hit the lady and, as per the charged, the lady addressed him in words, which he couldn't get it.
In the wake of taking a gander at the proof gathered amid the examination, the court found the man blameworthy and chose to fine him QR5,000.
