Saudi denied entry, deported to Bahrain

An unidentified Saudi who arrived at the Kuwait International Airport has been ‘deported’ to Bahrain upon his request, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the Saudi arrived from Thailand after spending holidays and according to sources he was denied entry for what the authorities called ‘security reasons’.

A security source said the Saudi mistakenly entered the passport desk instead of transit point. The security source added: “Immediately, the passport officers informed the officials of the presence of the person and that he is banned from entry, orders were issued to deport him immediately on the next available flight and since no flights were available at that moment, he was deported to Bahrain upon his request.”
