The parents of the infant are Latifa bin Khalifa and Tahnoun Al Nahyan, as indicated by a viral picture of Sheik Khalifa holding the newborn.
The baby boy has been named Tahnoon bin Theyab Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan.
