The accused allegedly threatened to murder the victim's parents if she told them about the incident.

A 15-year-old boy has been accused of raping his 4-year-old cousin sister in the UAE when they were both alone at home. 

The teenager claimed that he was watching pornographic films with his friends and tried to apply what he saw on his cousin. 

The accused took advantage of the victim who was sleeping over at his house after her mother left her at their place before leaving for her delivery at the hospital. 

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department referred the case to the Criminal Court, Emarat Al Youm reported. 

The accused allegedly threatened to murder the victim's parents if she told them about the incident.   

The case details state that the girl showed changes in her behaviour but her parents thought it was normal especially after welcoming a new member to the family. 

The victim told her parents about the accident, and her father confronted the cousin with his crime and reported him to the authorities. 

According to the prosecution's report, the mother said she left her daughter with her sister because it was a safe choice.

The accused confessed to his crime. He was moved to a juvenile center and the victim was referred to a psychologist for treatment.
