Oman and Belarus Launch Joint Investment Committee

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq issued a new Royal Decree today. The royal directive officially ratifies an important international agreement. Oman and Belarus will now establish a joint committee for cooperation and investment.

Officials from both nations originally signed this partnership agreement in Minsk. Both governments completed the initial signing process on May 19, 2025.

The new joint committee aims to strengthen economic ties significantly. Leaders plan to explore fresh investment opportunities across various business sectors. They want to build a mutually beneficial economic future together.

Immediate Implementation

His Majesty based this important decision strictly on the national public interest. Authorities will publish Royal Decree No. 45 of 2026 in the Official Gazette. The new diplomatic law takes effect directly from its date of issuance.
