Heavy rain floods several parts of Metro Manila and Rizal

Heavy rain poured on Saturday, flooding a several territories in Metro Manila and Rizal. 

 

Hurricane Karding (Yagi) left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday morning, however it will keep on enhancing the southwest storm or hanging habagat. 

At 8 pm on Saturday, PAGASA issued a red precipitation cautioning for Metro Manila and Rizal which implies exuberant rain and extreme flooding were normal in the regions for the following two hours. 

It issued an orange precipitation cautioning for Cavite, Bataan, Sambals, Nueve Exija, Pampanga, Bulacan, which implies serious precipitation in the following two hours, and risk of surge in low-lying zones and close waterways. 

A yellow precipitation cautioning was issued for Tarlac, Laguna, Batangas and northern Quezon which implies substantial rain will endure in these zones for the following two hours, and conceivable flooding in low-lying regions.
