Children and youth make up almost 1/3 of our country's population. With this overwhelming number, it is difficult to give quality education to the youth. Classrooms are cramped in schools here in Metro Manila. However, conditions in the rural areas are far worse. 
 
These students went extremely viral because of their dangerous daily route just to get to school! Many netizens were touched of the students' dedication and diligence just to learn. 
 
In the video, they had to cross an extremely narrow makeshift bridge over a ferocious river. However, the bridge can extremely slippery, not to mention that you have to have perfect balance just to get through. Little ones have to piggy-backride on the older ones making it harder for them to cross. 
 
"Hope it’s an eye opener sa mga studyante dyan na tamad mag Aral kahit ilang hakbang lang ang school galing sa bahay (for all of the students out there who are too lazy to study even if their school is only a few steps away from their house),”says one netizen. 
 
Hope the local government would take action on this.
