Five real estate projects are set to make Qatar look like the future!

Cityscape Qatar is the leading annual international real-estate investment event. The 4-day event concluded earlier this year and it saw scores of visitors who caught a glimpse of some of the country’s future projects expected to transform the skyline of Doha. The exhibition saw top local and international developers come out in full force to showcase their new flagship projects to the public for the first time. 

 

This year’s edition saw the signing of several agreements on notable projects, including the deal brokered between Qatar Rail and QNB, Ooredoo, and Qatar Insurance Group. The show also witnessed a strong presence from Turkish developers, who displayed a multitude of real estate opportunities, from residential to retail. Cityscape Qatar also brought together heavyweight industry stakeholders from Georgia, Cyprus, the US, Pakistan, and the UK.

Among the most gigantic and exciting projects launched and showcased at this year’s Cityscape Qatar included:

1.Gewan Island

United Development Company (UDC) propelled Gewan Island at the current year's Cityscape Qatar, an undertaking which ranges crosswise over 400,000 sqm.
