Three restaurants closed for preparing food in unhygienic conditions

Two restaurants in the New Al Mirqab will be closed for 30 days each and another in Najma for 10 days for serving food prepared in unhygienic conditions. The orders were issued by Doha Municipality director Jamal Matar al-Nuaimi.

Doha Municipality Health Control Section has spotted a storehouse inside labour accommodation at Al Nasr Street. Various quantities of food products, including fish and chicken, were being prepared in unhygienic conditions.

 

Sheehaniyah Municipality director Mohamed Saif al-Hajiri issued an administrative decision to close a restaurant and juice stall for 30 days for keeping expired food products.

The Public Cleaning Department Beaches and Islands Section has conducted a cleaning campaign at Wakrah beach and port.
