There was a sense of experimentation and curiosity present in past contemporary art that has since disappeared today in the UAE. Creative minds come together to discuss the gap between artistic narrative between today’s generation and the previous one through a series of four talks from 24 Jan – 14 Feb, followed by an art exhibition, where 10 artists from the current generation pair up with five artists who were practising this narrative in the 1970s.
