Dubai Rolls Out Smart AI Parking Cameras

Parkin started installing smart AI cameras across Dubai today. The public parking operator placed over 500 cameras in busy districts. You will see them near Burj Khalifa and the Trade Centre.

Automating Fee Collection

These solar-powered devices track vehicle plates and parking durations automatically. The advanced artificial intelligence captures vehicle images seamlessly. Drivers no longer need to pay at physical parking meters.

You can skip sending SMS messages to activate your parking session. The official Parkin app charges your digital wallet seamlessly upon exit. The system links charges directly to your actual parking duration.

Blending Into the Street

Parkin deployed the region’s first curb-side camera units today. Designers created these units to blend perfectly into the street infrastructure. The company also installed 200 cameras inside controlled parking lots.

Using solar power reflects Dubai’s wider push toward sustainable urban infrastructure. The city continuously develops its smart mobility strategies.

Reducing Urban Congestion

Parkin CEO Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali praised the massive rollout today. He wants to deliver seamless management for all driving customers. The system provides real-time data on parking bay occupancy.

This smart technology helps reduce traffic congestion in dense urban areas. Motorists spend much less time searching for available parking spaces. The automated system also eliminates incorrect parking fines completely.
