Dubai-Shahama highway partially closed over the weekend

The Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi made the announcement on Wednesday

Abu Dhabi: The Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi announced on Wednesday the partial closure of the Dubai-Shahama highway from September 13, Thursday, until Sunday, September 16.

The road will be closed from 12am Thursday to 5am on Sunday. The closure is located at the roundabout between Yas Gateway and Al Reef community – (between E10 Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street and E12 Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed highway).

The closed roads are indicated in red in the map. Two lanes will be closed from the right direction.

The department warned motorists to take precautions and follow road signs and traffic rules.
