Expat wins $1 million twice in Dubai Duty Free raffle

An extremely lucky UAE expat has just won $1 million in a raffle for the second time.

Musleh Mousa Hassan, a 73-year-old Lebanese national, became only the 7th person to win the Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire promotion twice when his name was announced in a draw held on Tuesday at Dubai International Airport.

Hassan, a corporate manager with an insurance company, held ticket 0742 in series 273. He had earlier won the raffle in November 2012.

Hassan is the 10th Lebanese national to win $1 million at the DDF raffle.

Commenting on his recent win, Hassan said: "I remember when I first won $1 million in 2012. I was over the moon, and winning again after six years is just truly an unexpected surprise. Thank you Dubai Duty Free for my amazing second win!"
