Opt for self-service or pay Dh10 to fuel your car from Oct 21

The Adnoc Distribution will reveal its flex service over the UAE from October 21, an announcement from the organization said on Tuesday. 

The organization has just presented the flex services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi from June 30. 

 

Customers in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman can now choose to self-service free of charge or use the premium service for Dh10 when they refuel their cars.

“This is about offering our customers choice at the pump, as well as in our retail outlets, with the highest-quality goods and services available. Crucial to this proposition is the investment we have made in technology which will benefit the customer by driving efficiency. All of these developments are underpinned by our first priority, safety,”  said Adnoc Distribution’s Acting CEO, Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi.

In tandem with the flex introduction, Adnoc will also give away 100,000 smart tags to customers in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman.

Aimed at simplifying both the self and premium service options, the smart tag technology provides a world-class payment option that enables customers to quickly refuel and pay without using cash or bank cards. The technology automatically triggers payment from the customer’s prepaid Adnoc wallet. The wallet can also be connected to other payment options including the Emirates ID card or Adnoc Plus card.

Customers are presently ready to exploit Adnoc Distribution's Premium Rewards program in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman. 

For an fee of Dh10, an attendant will refuel your auto, wash your windshield and check your tires. What's more, premium customers will likewise get rewards that can be recovered in Oasis accommodation stores on drinks and oils.
