- Co-ordinates inter departmental administrative matters.
- Preparing Purchase Order
- Co-ordinates suppliers, subcontractors, travel agencies etc..
- Salary Preparation &OT Calculation based on time sheet
- Able to work independently and to co-ordinate several activities simultaneously
- Able to interact with management ,Suppliers
- Must be good in MS Office(Word ,Excel)
