Woman Blinded By A Bleach Attack In San Francisco

In the Tenderloin section of San Franciscoa bleach attack was reportedthis Sunday. According to the Police, a young man randomly walked up to a woman sitting on the sidewalk and threw bleach all over her face. She suffered life-threatening injuries and was blinded because of this attack.

The incident occurred in the evening at around 7.30pm this Sunday.Investigators say that the 57-year-old victim was sitting unaware on Mason Street when a man attacked her with bleach out of nowhere. 

 

No arrest were made as of Tuesday and the motive has still not been made clear.According to the Police the suspect is a manbetween 20 and 25 years of age. 

Earlier in May 2016, an on-duty San Francisco police officer also suffered grave injuries while on-duty around the same area, when a woman had poured bleach all over him from an open window.
