Scammers are everywhere. Especially those who use fake number just to trick people that they’re family members needing financial help.
However, the House Committee on Information and Communications who is headed by Chairman and Rizal Representative Joel Roy Duavit approved House Bill 5231 without dissent. House Bill 5231 is also known as the ‘SIM CARD Registration Act of 2015’ which is a consolidation of nine bills.
