EMPLOYMENT VISA

It is granted at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility to the foreigner coming to Oman for employment and whose age is not below 21 years old. The Visa shall be as follows:

• Validity of the visa: Within three months from the date of issuance.
• Valid for extension and multiple entries.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.
• Fines for late renewal: (50) fifty Omani Riyals for each month.

Conditions:

The sponsor must be a local one with full legal capacity, and be responsible for the truth of the information given in the application form.

• The person for whom the employment visa is requested shall not be below 21 or above 60 calendar years.
• The person shall be of the same sex as stated in the labour permit, which was issued by the Directorate General of Labour Affairs.
• The occupation for which the visa is requested must be identical to the one stated in the labour permit.

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• The original labour permit issued by the Ministry of Manpower and a copy thereof with each application form.
• In case the application is presented by someone other than the sponsor, the representative must be Omani and holding a written authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.
• A medical fitness certificate issued for citizens of some countries specified as follows by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia); certificate must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health.
• Copy of the approval of the concerned authority for specific professions such as: Educational professions, Religious professions, Media professions, Medical, ….etc

Exceptional enclosures:

• In cases of transferring the sponsorship within the Sultanate, there must be a release letter from the former sponsor and approved by the Directorate General of Labour. All violations, including the delay fine must have already been settled when the visa application is submitted. 
   
• Some nationalities or categories need special permits, such as: (Filipino housemaids need labour permit from the Filipino Embassy and attested by Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs) prior to the application.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTING VISA

It is granted at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility to a foreigner whose nature of work requires going through primary tests by some government entities on the way to engage him by his sponsor, subject to the sponsor’s presentation of the approval from the concerned government entity. The visa shall be as follows:

• Valid for use: Within two months from the date of issuance.
• Validity for staying in the Sultanate: One month from the date of entry.
• Validity for extension: One month and valid for one entry.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.
• Fines for delay extension: (10) Omani riyals per day.

Required attachments:

Presenting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• Copy of valid certificate of membership of Oman’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, accompanied by a copy of the valid commercial registration.
• In case the application is presented by someone other than the partners, the representative must be Omani and holding a written authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.

FAMILY JOINING & FAMILY RESIDENCE VISA

The family Joining Visa is granted to the wife of the foreigner, who is resident in Oman, and as well to his children who are below (21) years. It is also granted to the foreign wife of an Omani national at his request, and subject to a certificate from the concerned authority (Ministry of Interior) confirming the status of the marriage.

The family Visa is granted by the concerned authority at its discretion, and at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility, to the relatives of the Omani national and the relatives of the foreigner who are not included in the categories eligible for Family Joining Visa. The Visa shall be as follows:

• Valid for use: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Validity: Two years from the date of stamping the visa in the passport.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.
• Fines for late renewal or non-registration of the residence permit is (50) fifty Omani Riyals per month.

Conditions:

The sponsor must be a local one with full legal capacity, and he is held responsible for the truth of the information stated in the application form.

• For the employee’s children: Their age must not be above 21 calendar years. 
  (Note: Their residence permit expires when they reach this age)
• Brothers and sisters must not be above 18 years. A document confirming that they have no family provider outside Oman must be presented.
• The family visa expires when the employee’s residence permit expires.

Required enclosures:

Submitting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• Copy of the passport of the foreign resident who wants his family to join him, and a copy of his residence card.
• The standard undertaking form specified for the family joining visa applications. The undertaking form must endorsed by the sponsor and his foreign resident employee. Exemptions apply for those below (15) fifteen years.
• A proof of the family relationship must be enclosed, unless the names and passport details indicate the relationship between the foreign resident and the person who will join him.
• For the spouse, an original conformed copy of the marriage certificate must be enclosed. The document must be endorsed by her country’s embassy and the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as for the personal sponsorships, a copy of the personal identity card must be enclosed for signature verification.
• In case the application is presented by someone other than the sponsor, the representative must be Omani and holding a written authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.
• A medical fitness certificate issued for citizens of some countries specified as follows by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia); certificate must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health.
• If the visa application is requested for the foreign wife of an Omani national, a certificate from the Ministry of Interior confirming the status of the marriage must be presented. 

STUDENT VISA

It is granted at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility to a foreigner who is coming to Oman as a student, provided that the sponsor has a licence from the concerned authorities to establish an educational or training institution, the visa shall be as follows:

• Validity of the visa: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Duration of stay in Oman: Ranging from one to two years from the date of entry.
• Validity for extension: For a similar period in case of study continuation, by proof of a letter from the educational institute.
• Number of entries: Multiple entries.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.

Required attachments:

Submitting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, for the private sector.
• In case the application is presented by someone other than the sponsor, the representative must be Omani and holding a written authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.
• A medical fitness certificate issued for citizens of some countries specified as follows by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia); certificate must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health.
• Copy of the licence issued by the concerned authorities to the sponsor to bring students from abroad to study in Oman.
• A covering letter from the sponsor explaining the type of the tuition and its duration.

INVESTOR RESIDENCE VISA

It is granted to the foreigner who intends to invest his funds in Oman, and pursuant to a certification in this respect from the concerned authority.

• Validity for use: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Validity: Six months from the date of visa stamping in the passport, and subsequent to the verification of the investment, he is granted a renewable two years residence permit after the approval of the concerned authority.
• Number of entries: Multiple entries.
• Fees: To be collected by the Ministry of Manpower.

Conditions:

The investor or partner must obtain an approval for investing in the Sultanate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Required enclosures:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the investor’s passport provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• The original partnership certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and copy of the same certificate.
• The labour permit issued by the Ministry of Manpower, to be stamped with an investor stamp.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• Copy of valid certificate of membership of Oman’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, accompanied by a copy of the valid commercial registration.
• In case the application is presented by someone other than the partners, the representative must be Omani and holding an authorisation issued from the Directorate General of Passport & Residence as per the sponsor’s request.
• A medical fitness certificate issued for citizens of some countries specified as follows by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Ethiopia); certificate must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health.

EXPRESS VISA

It is granted as per request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility for businessmen, high-professionals, participants in festivals and conventions, it is also granted by the Sultanate’s representations abroad and through all the legal channels exclusively for businessmen by coordinating with the Directorate General of Passport & Residence whereas the visa shall be as follows:

• Validity for use: Within one month from the date of issuance.
• Validity for stay in the country: Not exceeding three weeks from the date of entry and non-extendable.
• Number of entries: One.
• Fees: (30) Omani Riyals.
• Fine in case of visa expiration: (10) Omani Riyals per day.

Required enclosures:

Application to be submitted via the electronic application form available through the website. It should be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and typed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and English for Non-Arab nationalities, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• Copy of valid certificate of membership of Oman’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, accompanied by a copy of the valid commercial registration.
• A typed and stamped letter from the sponsor explaining the purpose of the arrival of the applicant to the Sultanate.
• The approval of the concerned authorities regarding certain professions such as medical, media and religious.

Note: In case the application is presented through the Sultanate’s diplomatic representations abroad, a copy of the foreigner’s passport valid for a period not inferior than six months must be enclosed plus a covering letter from the applicant.

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA

It is granted without a sponsor to the nationals of countries mentioned in the list number (1) (A list of the concerned countries can be viewed hereunder), also to the approved diplomats in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. It is also granted by the Sultanate’s representations abroad. It is granted by means of request from a local sponsor and on his responsibility to the foreign businessmen who wouldn’t wish to reside in the Sultanate, and the visa shall be as follows:

First: Procedures for multiple entry visa issuances for the countries list number 1

• Validity of the visa: three months from the date of issue.
• Duration of the visa: valid for a period not less than six months and not more than one year entitle the holder to reside in the country for a period not more than three weeks in every visit.
• Value of the fee: R.O. 50 or equivalent of other currencies.
• Not extendable.

It is granted to the tourists and businessmen as follows:

1. From all the of the Sultanate’s representations abroad without a local sponsorship as follows:
   The foreign applicant should present an electronically typed visa application form for multiple entries to the concerned officer at the representation.
   • Two photographs size (4X6).
   • Proof that the applicant is a businessman.
   • Copy of the passport valid for a period not inferior than six months.
   • The foreign applicant must be among the national of the countries mentioned in the list number (1).
2. From all of the Sultanate's border points without local sponsorship.
   • Presenting an electronically typed visa application form to the concerned officer at the entry point.
   • Two photographs size (4X6)
   • The original passport valid for a period not less than six months.
3. From Directorate General of Passport & Residence , Departments and Sections in Provinces and Regions
   • Submit application to get multi entry visa electronically typed, approved and stamped by the sponsor.
   • Enclose two photos size (4 X 6).
   • Enclose copy of foreign passport valid for a period not less than six months.
   • Enclose copy of specimen of authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
   • Enclose valid copy of the certificate of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry along with valid copy of commercial registration.

Second: Multi visit visa not from the list of countries No.1

• Validity of the visa: three months from the date of issue.
• Duration of the visa: valid for a period not less than six months and not more than one year entitle the holder to reside in the country for a period not more than three weeks in every visit.
• Value of the fee: R.O. 10 or equivalent of other currencies.
• Not extendable.

Procedures of obtaining the visa :

• From all Sultanate embassies after verifying visa application documents provided that such application should be passed through the Directorate General of Passport and residence for approval.
• From the Directorate General of Passport and residence or any of its branches in headquarters and geographical regions according to application from local sponsor and at his own liability (commercial companies).

Required attachments to issue multi visit visa: 
 

Submit electronic form application available on internet site, approved and stamp by sponsor and type in Arabic language for Arab nationalities and in English language for non Arab nationalities. The following documents to be attached with the application:

• Enclose tow photos size (4 X 6).
• Bring copy of foreign passport valid for a period not less than six months.
• Enclose copy of specimen of authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (for applications submitted with local sponsorship).
• Enclose valid copy of the certificate of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (for application submitted with local sponsorship) along with valid copy of commercial registration.
• Covering letter from sponsor, signed and stamp explaining the purpose of the visit.
• The person whom the application is submitted should be in the Sultanate with express visa on the same sponsor.

RELATIVE / FRIENDS' VISIT VISA

It is granted to the relatives and friends of an Omani national at his request and under his sponsorship. It is also granted to the relatives of a foreigner who is resident in Oman at the request of and on the responsibility of his sponsor. (This introduction shows that this kind of visa does not grant the foreigner’s foreign friends the visa, but only to his relatives, while the Omani national’s friend can benefit from such visa), which shall be subject to approval and discretion of the concerned authority. The visa shall be as follows:

• Valid for use: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Validity for staying in the Sultanate: Three months from the date of entry.
• Validity for extension: One month and valid for one entry.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.
• Fines for delay extension: (10) ten Omani riyals per day.

Required attachments:

Presenting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• Copy of the specimen signature of the authorised signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In case of personal sponsorships, a copy of the sponsor’s personal identity card is required for signature comparison.
• Copy of the passport of the foreign resident, who shall be visited (to verify the relationship degree).
• A letter of undertaking in which the sponsor declares that he shall be responsible for the visitor during his visit to Oman, and must mention his relationship with that visitor.

Visa Types Information

OFFICIAL VISIT VISA

It is granted to a foreigner at the request of a hosting government organization.

• Valid for use: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Validity for staying in the Sultanate: Three months from the date of entry.
• Validity for extension: For a similar period.
• Fees: 20 Omani Riyals.

Required attachments:

Presenting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• A letter from the sponsoring government organisation, explaining the purpose of the visit.

TROUPE / ARTIST VISA

It is granted at the request of a local sponsor and on his responsibility to a foreigner who is coming to Oman to perform entertaining shows, provided that the sponsor has already obtained an approval from the concerned authorities. The visa shall be as follows:

• Valid for use: Within six months from the date of issuance.
• Validity for staying in the Sultanate: Three months from the date of entry.
• Validity for extension: For a similar period on condition that the permit is renewed, however the extension period should not exceed the validity of the permit.
• Fees: (20) Omani Riyals.

Required attachments:

Submitting the electronic application form available through the website, to be endorsed and stamped by the sponsor, and to be typed in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals, enclosing the following documents:

• Two photographs size (4X6) cm.
• The licence issued by the Ministry of Tourism showing the names of the members of the Artistic group/ Troupe.
• Copy of the foreigner’s passport, provided it is valid for a period not less than six months.
• A medical examination report indicating that the foreigner is free of contagious diseases. Report must be endorsed by the Ministry of Health, and is applicable for all nationalities without exceptions.

TRUCK DRIVER'S VISA

To be issued to expatriates driving trucks and their assistants ( only one assistant ) in road way passages which allow the holder to enter the country more than once and valid for six months to be used during six months from the date of issue and the visa will be as follows:

• valid for stay in the country for a period not exceeding one month in each visit extendable for similar period when necessary .
• Fees : R.O. 20

Conditions:

• The truck driver and his assistant should submit an application for a visa of truck drivers to the officer of the border point.
• They should hold their original passports and must be valid for a period of not less than six months.

TRANSIT VISA

Divided into two sections

Air transit visa:

To be granted by competent authority at air way passages to expatriate based on application submit by aviation carrier company entitle the holder to enter the country only once and resident for a maximum period of (72) hour provided that he should have enough money to cover his expenses and valid ticket to continue his travel .

Road transit visa:

To granted by Sultanate embassies in coordination with the competent authority and valid for two months, entitle the holder to going transit Sultanate territory to neighbour country through legal way passages identify by this authority during a period not exceeding three days provided that the expatriate is from nationality of neighbour country or holding entry visa to this neighbouring country .

Fees: 5 Omani Riyals.

Required attachments:

• Submit visa application form typed electronically, approved and stamp by applicant to the competent staff in the Sultanate embassy in UAE or Sultanate embassy in Yemen Republic and type in Arabic language for Arab nationalities and English language for non-Arab .
• Enclose copy of applicant’s passport valid for a period not less than six months.

SAILORS TRANSIT VISA

To be granted based on application of vessel agent to sailors who entered the Sultanate through the sea and interesting to leave the country through air way passages or visa versa and the visa is as follows:

• Valid to stay in the country: for a period not more than seven days from the date of entry.
• Fees : R.O. 5
• Delay in the case of not leaving the country: R.O. 10 per day.

Required attachments

• Submission of the application pursuant to electronic form approved by the agent of the vessel showing the reason of requesting the visa.
• Copy of sailor passport ( valid )
• Covering letter from the agent.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH VISA

It is granted by the competent authority at the request and under the responsibility of a local body to a foreigner who is to visit Oman for a scientific research. The applicant must provide the approval of other authorities concerned. This visa can be granted also by Oman’s missions abroad in coordination with the competent authority. The visa can be used within 3 months from the date of issue. It authorizes the holder to enter and stay in the country for 3 months renewable for not more than 2 months.

• The visa fee is RO 50. It can be renewed for the same amount.
• A penalty of RO 10 per day will be charged for delay in the departure or in the renewal of the visa.

Documents Required:

The electronic application form available in the ROP site. The application must be printed in Arabic for Arab nationals, in English for non-Arab nationals, and must be signed and stamped by the sponsor. The following documents must be attached to the application:

• A letter from a local sponsor requesting a visa under their sponsorship for a foreigner to carry out a scientific research.
• Non-objection of the authorities concerned.
• Copy of valid passport of the foreigner.
• Two pictures of the foreigner.
• Copies of the sponsor’s commercial registration documents. 

TOURIST VISA

Granted by the competent authority to the foreigner who wishes to visit the Sultanate for tourism, in order to authorize the holder to enter and stay in the country for a period of one month maybe extended for a similar period, as follows:

• Valid for use within six months from the date of issuance.
• Valid for staying in the country for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of entry.
• Number of trips: one trip only.
• May be extended for a similar period.
• Fees: (20) Omani Riyals.
• Fine: Upon expiration of the visa (10) ten Riyals for each day of delay.
• If the validity of the visa is for (10) days, the fees will be (RO5). It can also be extended to similar periods at the same charge per period.

Procedures for the issuing of a tourist visa of the country list No. (1)

• From all representations of the Sultanate of abroad without local sponsorship.
• All the legal entries.
• From the Directorate General of Passports and Residence or any branch thereof at the regional police commands.
• Submission of electronic application form by a local sponsor, under his responsibility (one of the tourist companies or offices or hotels licensed for a tourist).

Procedures for the issuing a tourist visa, out of the list of No. (1)

Issuing this type of visa Department of Passports and Residence, or one of its branches in region areas at the request of a local sponsor, (one of the tourist companies or offices or hotels licensed for the same) and in the following manner:

• Submission of electronic visa application form local sponsor, under the responsibility of (one of the tourist companies or offices or hotels licensed for tourism).
• Enclose a letter from the sponsor a foreigner sponsorship application guarantor or approved by the sponsor or the authorized signature and sealed with the seal of the institution.
• Enclose copy of valid commercial registration and chamber of commerce certificate and a copy of signature authorization.
• Enclose copy of the foreigner passport and should be valid not less than six months.
• Two photographs (4 x 6) cm.

COMMON VISA FACILITY WITH THE EMIRATE OF DUBAI

For encouraging tourism between the Sultanate and Emirate of Dubai, it is allowed to every one who obtained tourist visa of Emirate of Dubai to whom on the list No. (1) and granted free for three weeks in case of Emirate of Dubai visa is valid for at least three weeks.

• Fees: No fees are charged. Fees are only paid to the relevant authorities in the Emirate of Dubai.
• Procedures on how to get the visa: A seal of entry should be stamped at the legal point of entry on the passport for three weeks after registering all passport holder data.
• Visa validity: Three weeks only.
• Extension term: One week only.
• A fine of (10) ten Omani riyals per day is charged for an overstay beyond the validity term of the visa.

Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Italy, Britain , Sweden, Greece, Austria , Ireland , Finland, Germany , Iceland, Belgium , Norway, The Netherlands , Denmark, South Korea ,Japan, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong kong, Luxembourg, Vatican, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino.

COMMON VISA FACILITY WITH THE STATE OF QATAR

In accordance with the Sultanate of Oman’s and State of Qatar’s governments endeavours to promote tourism between both countries, both governments have agreed to facilitate the tourist exchange through the issuance of joint entry visas for the countries mentioned in the list number (1). The visa shall be considered as cancelled in case the tourist enters another country (third party) prior to his arrival to the Sultanate. In this case he has to obtain a new tourist visa from the Sultanate’s Embassies or at his arrival at the Sultanate’s airports with a fee of (10) Omani Riyals, in case he intends to enter the State of Qatar on condition that he doesn’t enter another country (third party) prior to his arrival to the State of Qatar.

Procedures for obtaining the visa:

• Filling the designated form and stamping it from the concerned authorities at the State of Qatar.
• Validity of the Visa: One month from the date of issuance.
• Extension period: Valid for extension for one week only, and can be extended from the other country.

ENTRY VISA FOR PASSENGERS & CREW OF PASSENGER SHIPS

Issued to passengers and crew of tourism vessels interesting to visit the country for tourism during their stop in Omani ports and grant pursuant to statement submitted by the agent of tourism vessel in the Sultanate which include main statements of crew and passengers interesting to enter the country and the statement is ratify by the approval of the Directorate General of Passport and residence before arrival date of the vessel if the sponsorship is local and entitle the holder to enter the country only once and reside for a period of one month.

Fees:

• If duration period less than 24 hours to be granted free.
• If duration period (from 24 hour to 96 hour, the fees will be R.O. 5 per person). 

ENTRY VISA FOR FOREIGN RESIDENTS IN AGCC STATES

To be issued by all passageways and Sultanate embassies in GCC for the expatriates resident in GCC who are interesting to visit the country for tourism purposes and from approved professions without sponsor. It also issue to their relatives accompanying them as follows:

• Valid for use: for a period of four weeks extendable for one week.
• Fees: R.O. 5.
• Delay fines R.O. 10 for every day .

• Submission of application form to the entry passageway staff after filling the application with the required statements.
• The person should have valid residence in any GCC country.
• From the professions approved to enter without sponsor.
• Valid passport for a period not less than six months.
• Families of the residents, their drivers, house maids and companions are benefit from these facilities provided that they should present their labour cards and their passports are valid for a period not less than three months.
• All nationalities resident in GCC are benefit from these facilities.
• The expatriate benefit from this visa should come directly from one of GCC.

VISA OF COMPANION TO GCC NATIONALS (SERVANTS & DRIVERS)

To be granted to the wives of expatriates sons in GCC as well as house maids, drivers and companions with sponsor or any of his family members according to the following conditions:

• The expatriate should have valid resident in any GCC country .
• Duration of the visa is one month extended to one month and the fees are collected as per similar treatment principle of each State .
