China’s Media Says Dera Violence Highlights India's Problems Amid Doklam Stand Off

The Dera Sacha Sauda riot that took about 38 lives has caught the attention of Chinese media which has promptly commented saying that the violence exposes India’s problems that are as grave as political and social issues that are destroying the harmony within the country, amidst the on-going Doklam standoff at the border.

The Chinese have made a situational comment in the attempt to steer conditions in their favor by saying that the Indian forces should be redirected from the Doklam border towards domestic development. Chinese media further commented on the situation in India by saying that India is like a furious elephant fighting a battle between traditions and modernization.
