Fisherman Who Became A Human Stepping Stone During Floods In Kerala Gets A New Car As Gift

Jaisal, a fisherman from Kerala whose video went viral during the recent floods in the state has been gifted a brand new SUV.

In the viral video, Jaisal who was a rescue volunteer was seen bending down in water, making himself a stepping stone for flood victims to enter the rescue boat. 

 

A few of those stranded, mostly women then stepped over his back and climbed on the boat.

After the video went viral, Jaisal was showered with praises from various corners.

Now, Eram Motors, a Kerala-based distributor of  Mahindra Motors has gifted him a brand new Marazzo.

The key of the Marazzo was handed over to him by Kerala Excise Minister TP Ramakrishnan in the presence of company representatives on Friday.
