Qatar Amir allocates $50 million to support Syrian people

The Amir HH Sheik Tamim bin Hamad al Thani has offered headings to dispense $50 million to help Syrian refugees and displaced people who are suffering because of unfavorable philanthropic conditions and cold climate.
