A jeweller at a jewellery shop caught a thief - an 'ant' trying to escape with a piece of diamond. In a hilarious video, the tiny ant can be seen walking away with the precious stone right under the jeweller's nose.
The YouTube video on Daily Mail has now gone viral and shows the tiny insect struggling to lift the diamond which seems to be heavier than it. However, not giving up, the ant does not let go off the precious stone and tries to sneak out of the jewellery shop.
Ants are capable of carrying more than 10 times their weight, according to the National Wildlife Federation. There are more than 12,000 species of ant in the world.
