6.Have a small piece of sweet in between
Various studies suggest that if you have a small taste of something sweet, say a spoonful of something sweet, it can curb the urge to keep eating and mark the end of a meal. That is why dessert is always had at the end of the meal. Sugar makes you feel full. However, instead of having sweets with high calories, you should go in for water-based food that will help you feel full. For instance, you can try a handful of berries, a serving of watermelon, or a spoonful of pomegranate seeds.
