4.Sit in the front or middle seat of the car
According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, “motion sickness happens when the body, the inner ear, and the eyes send conflicting signals to the brain.” If you focus your eyes directly in front of you and look directly at the horizon, you can trick your brain into believing you aren’t moving.
