Breathing techniques can be helpful if you are waking up continuously during this time. Another reason for waking up at this time may be sensitivity to unusual sounds, lucid dreaming, changes in appetite, and feeling cold for a longer time.
5. Waking Up From 5 am – 7 am
Between 5 am and 7 am our large intestine is very active because the toxins get broken down, and it removes them from the body. If you consume poor foods late, you may wake up continuously during this time.
Also, you may wake up during this time if you are experiencing emotional blockage or some restriction in your life. You may need to get rid of some guilt of some other emotions. You may find useful practicing mantras before bed, and relaxing.
