The Soup Diet: Lose 12 Pounds Weight In Just 7 Days

Needed Ingredients:

Cabbage leaves – 300 gm
Green Chillies – 2
Onions – 4
Tomatoes – 4

THE 7 DAY SOUP DIET

Day 1: During the first day, we will eat exclusively fat burning soup, fruits (possibly high in water and low in calories), tea and coffee without sugar.

Day 4: With the middle day of the diet, we can have soup, 3 bananas, skim milk, tea, and coffee.

Day 5: On the fifth day, we introduce the proteins to our diet and we take soup, meat (can be a chicken without skin or veal), tomatoes without skin, tea and coffee.

Day 6: We are approaching the end of our diet and we can say that we have had the worst. This day we take the soup burning fat, meat, and vegetables, as well as the classic tea and coffee without sugar that accompany us throughout the week.

Day 7: On the last day, we take soup, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, tea, and coffee.
