Bedtime beverages for weight loss: The belief that eating close to bedtime deters weight loss has enforced us to make many lifestyle alterations. Following the thumb rule ‘eat at least 2-3 hours before bedtime’ we either go to bed hungry or resort to some beverages to satiate our midnight cravings.
