Everyone knows what it takes to lose weight. You just have to lessen your calorie intake and do exercises. Of course, these are easier said that done.
However, this female netizen managed to accomplish her #bodygoals in just a few months!
Facebook user Chang Tadano lost much weight in less than seven months because of her determination to unleash the best version of herself. On May 21, she shared her routine on the social networking site.
Her post reads:
“Hindi ko sinabing SEXY ako, pero pumayat ako!
“Okay, may mga nagtatanong kung paano ako pumayat. 65kg to 48kg in less than 7months (March to September 2016).
“Work Out
“Marami akong workout routine na ginagawa. Minsan nga gaya-gaya nga lang ako sa nakikita ko sa YouTube eh. Marami kayong mase-search sa YouTube na workout routine, depende rin sa kung ano yung target nyong i-enhance. May mga YouTube channel din for fitness like blogilates, Chloe ting, fitness blender.
“Sayaw sayaw din pag may time!
Morning: 9am to 10am
Afternoon: pag nasa mood at na-motivate (Gym more on cardio lang) 3pm to 4pm (once or twice a week)
At home: 3pm to 4pm
5 times a week. Oh diba pang patayan!
“Food and drinks
Water, water, water, and Lemon water!
Green tea.
No rice
No white bread
No oily foods
No salt
No sugar
No preservatives
No pork
No crackers
No Soda

Her daily routine inspired and motivated others to lose their weight. Her post earned a massive 22,000 reactions and 13,353 shares on Facebook. She even said in one of her statuses: “Ang sarap sa feeling ng may na momotivate akong ibang tao. Maraming salamat po!”
After her post has gone viral, she’s been receiving lots of friend requests and her profile gained a lot of visitors and commenters.
Chang is currently on vacation in Japan. In her recent follow-up post, she informed others that despite her losing weight, she still limits herself from food and drinks to maintain her body.
