2. Alleviate burns

Not many people realize that aluminum foil is better than most other things when it comes to healing burns. American researchers even recommend that doctors treat fresh burns with foil. You should first run water over the burn, carefully cleaning the wound, and then dry it with a clean towel. After applying a layer of ointment and clean gauze, wrap the wound in foil and fasten it with tape. Try to limit your movements and let the pain fade away.

Too few hours of sleep or a stressful day can leave you feeling completely exhausted, even if you have lots left to do around the house. Aluminum foil can help you feel energized and ready to face the day once again. Tear off a few thin strips of foil and place them in the freezer. After two to three hours remove them from the cold and place them on your cheeks and eyelids. You'll notice your muscles immediatelyrelaxing and loosening. Once you feel a sense of calm, remove the strips and marvel at how much more awake you feel!
