3. Alcohol

Preservatives of all kinds are very bad and harmful. The sulphates are compounds used for the preservation of dried fruits, including raisins, plums, apricots, figs, dates, etc. before you buy these ingredients, check the labels to see if they contain sulphates or not.
8. Chocolate
Even though cocoa can protect the nerve cells that cause migraine, nevertheless, almost one third of the headaches can be triggered by chocolate. Numerous people who suffer from migraine experience increase in appetite before they experience the headache itself.
