A Kuwaiti national is facing a lawsuit over the harsh treatment of his daughter, reported Al Qabas.
A video posted on social media showed the girl sitting in the luggage boot under the scorching heat as the "heartless" father was driving.
The police arrested the man instantly and referred him to the competent authorities to face charges.
He claimed that he only wanted to "scare" his little daughter who is "unruly".
