Jill: minus 196 lbs in 4 years
Jill says that before she decided to lose weight, she regularly skipped breakfast and ate lots of chips, chocolate, cheese, and other unhealthy treats. These days, she eats porridge and fruit, preferring salads and unpeeled potatoes to fast food.
She also conducts her own classes in a weight loss support group. “Right now, I’m training for a marathon,“ says Jill. ”I’ve got more energy than the sun!"
